Custom Shopping Instructions

  1. If you know just what you need, use the tabs on the left-hand side of the page to jump to that particular section of shoe. Shoes that are in our “Fast Lane Production” have a limited number of customization items, but have a 1-2 week production time. While all other footwear items have more customization features but a 4 week production time.
  2. Once you see an item that you would like to see the customization options, click on the thumbnail of the item.
  3. With some of the designer shoes, you will be prompted to choose the style of toe you wish to see on your shoe. A few examples may include: Zurigo or Monti. Once you decide on a toe style, click that style.
  4. You will then be taken to the 3D Customization screen.
  5. Once on the customization screen, you are able to toggle through all of the customizable parts of the shoe in the bottom left corner of the screen. They may include: toe cap, vamp, vamp tab, base, tongue, laces, lining, welt, outsole and sole bottom. Because each shoe is different, parts that are customizable will also differ with each shoe.
  6. All fabric options and colors are located across the top of the customization screen. Some of the fabric options may include: box calf, polished calf, painted calf, painted full grain, painted croc, kid suede, lux suede, patent, or other. By clicking each fabric option, you are able to view color options for each fabric. You may also have the option to add burnishing to some of the shoes but clicking the “Burnishing” toggle button next to the 3D shoe.
  7. Once you have decided on the PERFECT item just for you, by clicking the “ORDER” button in the top right corner of the screen, you will be prompted to verify all of your customization options before being directed to the checkout screen. Check mark each box next to the shoe part in the drop down screen that appears after clicking “ORDER”.
  8. After confirming each part of your shoe and the color/fabric options, you will be taken to the sizing screen. There are 2 options to choose from in sizing. The first, is entering your size. The other is to use our Feet Sizr app to get a more accurate reading of the size that will work best for you. See our Feet Sizr instructions below.
  9. Once you have entered your Feet Sizr login info or your shoe size, you will be directed to a shipping page. Here, you can enter your shipping address, billing information, and email.
  10. Before finalizing your order, you will have the option to add on any “Extra’s”. For example, a shoe care kit, extra laces, or shoe trees.
  11. On the final page of your ordering screen, you will have the option to add initials on the heel of your shoe for an added fee. If everything looks perfect, submit your order, and receive your custom, made to order shoes in 4 weeks! (1 week if you are designing a Fast Lane Productions belt)

  2. Once you see an item that you would like to see the customization options, click on the thumbnail of the item.
  3. You will then be taken to the 3D Customization screen.
  4. Once on the customization screen, you are able to toggle through all of the customizable parts of the bag or accessory in the bottom left corner of the screen. They may include: base, accessories, handles. Because each bag is different, parts that are customizable will also differ with each bag or accessory.
  5. All fabric options and colors are located across the top of the customization screen. Some of the fabric options may include: painted calf, painted full grain, madras, linen, velvet, painted croco, suede, nappa, and other.
  6. When you are pleased with the external features of your bag or accessory, click “order”. You will then be able to customize the inside of the bag, if applicable. The prompt may include: Inner lining color.
  7. You will then be directed to choose the size of the bag. “Standard” is the only option. After selecting “Standard” in the dropdown list, click “Continue”.
  8. You will be directed to a shipping page. Here, you can enter your shipping address, billing information, and email.
  9. After selecting continue, if everything looks perfect, submit your order, and receive your custom, made to order bag/accessory in 4 weeks!

While all other belts have more customization features but a 4 week production time.
  2. Once you see an item that you would like to see the customization options, click on the thumbnail of the item.
  3. You will then be taken to the 3D Customization screen.
  4. Once on the customization screen, you are able to toggle through all of the customizable parts of the belt in the bottom left corner of the screen. They may include: base, belt loop, back loop, lining, stitch, and buckle. Because each belt is different, parts that are customizable will also differ with each bag or accessory.
  5. On the right-hand side of the customization screen, you will also have the option to choose between a round or square buckle.
  6. Once you have decided on the PERFECT belt just for you, by clicking the “ORDER” button in the top right corner of the screen, you will be prompted to verify all of your customization options before being directed to the checkout screen. Check mark each box next to the belt part in the drop down screen that appears after clicking “ORDER”.
  7. After confirming each part of your belt and the color/fabric options, you will be taken to the sizing screen. If you need assistance in choosing the right belt size for you, there is a link that offer suggestions on which size is right for you.
  8. You will then be directed to a shipping page. Here, you can enter your shipping address, billing information, and email.
  9. After selecting continue, if everything looks perfect, submit your order, and receive your custom, made to order belt in 4 weeks! (1 week if you are designing a Fast Lane Productions belt)

If you are struggling designing items, the Get Inspired tab may be perfect for you. When you click on the Get Inspired tab, you will be taken to a page that shows items that have been designed by other customers. It is a great way to get inspiration, or just purchase an item that has already been designed by someone else. Upon finding an item in the “Get Inspired” tab, when you click on the thumbnail, you will be prompted to customize the item you see, or order it, as is. Once you choose to customize, or order now, you are able to follow the steps listed above to checkout or make changes as you see needed.

Below are the steps to properly measure your foot to get the most accurate sizing possible. In order to get the best reading, you will need help from a partner.

  1. Download the Feet Sizr app on your smart device.
  2. Upon opening the app, you will be directed to the Welcome Screen- click “Get Started”
  3. Login – If you have used Feet Sizr before, this is where you will login to your account to resize your feet. If you have not used Feet Sizr before, click “Create New Account”.
  4. Fill in the following information on the new account page. Don’t forget the username and password you create, because the next time you order shoes, you won’t need to resize, you’ll just need to enter your username and password!
  5. Once all of the information is entered, you will be directed to the dashboard screen of the app. In this case, we will want to click “Scan My Feet”.
  6. What do you need – This a screen telling you exactly what it is you will need to scan your feet. You will need the following: A flat, hard surface Good lighting condition
    ,A sheet of A4 of US Letter, white paper, You will need to be in your bare feet with pants rolled so that your ankles are showing.
  7. The Set Up – You will need to place your white sheet of paper on the flat, hard surface for you to be properly measured. Your foot will need to be half on the paper, and half off of the paper. The paper should have no wrinkles or stains.
  8. How it works – You will stand as still as possible as your partner takes multiple photos of your foot from all angles. Two rounds of photos are taken for each foot with three photos per round. Do not move your foot between pictures, or the process will need to be restarted. After pressing, “Ok, I’m ready”, you will follow the on screen prompts and it is that simple!
  9. Select the paper size that you are using.
  10. The Scanning process is about to start.
  11. After following all screen prompts, and clicking “View My Results”, you will still not be able to see your recommended shoe size. Entering your username and password onto our designing site when checking out, sizing options will appear. You will have the ability to see how different sizes will fit your foot in the length, width, and arch of the foot.
