Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be canceled and/or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. In order to cancel and/or reschedule you must call the location you are scheduled at directly. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will result in full payment of the missed service. If you are over 10 minutes late to any appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and pay the full balance of the appointment. During these times; however, if you are experiencing any COVID19-like symptoms we will be flexible in accommodating. Outstanding customer service is our #1 priority. We implement this cancellation policy so that we can provide timely, efficient, and all around best service for our incredible clients.
